In this role, you will provide financial leadership to the Plasma EU team by guiding budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. You will partner with leadership to drive performance, optimize costs, and ensure strategic alignment, while also mentoring a talented finance team.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related discipline
• •CPA/CA or MBA
• •8+ years of progressive finance experience
• •Leadership in budget and forecast cycles
• •Leadership in month end close and reporting process
• •Experience with dashboarding and visualization software
• •Experience supporting operations or commercial functions
• •Managing a small to medium-size team

Aufgaben

• •Lead financial budgeting processes for CSL Plasma EU
• •Oversee forecasting and reporting for Plasma EU
• •Act as a trusted advisor to the Plasma EU Leadership Team
• •Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations
• •Partner with leaders to optimize performance and reduce costs
• •Evaluate strategies for network expansion in the EU
• •Deliver scenario planning and data-driven insights
• •Implement standardized financial planning tools and methodologies
• •Drive monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting cycles
• •Prepare and analyze financial reports for stakeholders
• •Align financial plans with strategic business objectives
• •Support transfer price calculation and product costing
• •Calculate Plasma EU cost per liter and explain variance drivers
• •Provide financial analysis and insights to functional departments
• •Evaluate financial impact for business cases and capital projects
• •Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies
• •Support external audit processes and documentation requests
• •Serve as primary contact for external auditors
• •Implement cost optimization programs for financial performance
• •Plan capital expenditures and create financial proposals
• •Drive process excellence in financial planning and reporting
• •Streamline financial reporting processes and reduce cycle times
• •Participate in financial systems and process improvements
• •Develop presentations for CSL Plasma leadership
• •Provide financial insights to function leaders
• •Liaise with finance partners across CSL Plasma and CSL Behring
• •Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team
• •Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
