Aufgaben
- Assure delivery and execution of medical strategy
- Promote and maintain strong scientific relationships with Key Experts
- Lead and develop the Adult Vaccines Medical Team
- Foster growth and development through clear performance expectations
- Encourage continuous learning and improvement
- Facilitate a positive, inclusive team culture
- Rolemodel leadership beyond the Adult Vaccines Medical Team
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and key opinion leaders
- Integrate stakeholders into medical projects
- Position Sanofi as a trusted partner for vaccinations and innovations
- Exchange openly with external stakeholders
- Define and execute the medical and scientific strategy
- Provide strategic leadership to clinical development and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure high-quality delivery of scientific evidence
- Participate in co-creating the global Medical evidence generation plan
- Collaborate with evidence generation advisors and cross-functional partners
- Support other functions including Commercial, Sales, Public Affairs, and Market Access
- Ensure safe use of vaccines through compliance
- Implement corrective actions if necessary
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures
- Maintain occupational safety guidelines
- Communicate occupational safety topics regularly
