- Shape and scale Retail Media Marketplace business
- Drive commercial growth initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Tech, Product, and Data teams
- Build scalable frameworks for local markets
- Transform 3P advertising business into data-driven growth engine
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies
- Accelerate advertiser acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Create scalable sales frameworks, playbooks, and coverage models
- Empower local Sales teams to onboard and grow marketplace sellers
- Analyze pipeline performance, funnel metrics, and conversion data
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial performance
- Drive adoption of self-service advertising solutions
- Support scalable long-tail growth and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Ad Tech, Product, Campaign Management, and Marketplace teams
- Align scalable capabilities, measurement standards, and commercial opportunities
