Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or bid-data commodity markets
- Sound understanding of semiconductor and distribution related business processes and programs
- Proven experience and skills with BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
- Versed in Marketing Strategy, including SWOT, Business Development & Project Management
- Analytical thinking and strong focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- Excellent organizational skills with high assertiveness
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement customer classification strategies
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate alignment between Sales Teams and business groups
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams
- Oversee the rollout of marketing campaigns and product launches
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of RFF programs
- Design and execute customer development programs
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Drive revenue and design win tracking with the Sales Operations Team
- Monitor target setting and controlling
- Create market intelligence and propose opportunities for portfolio expansion
- Generate a customer service level roadmap with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor customer service performance against established SLAs
- Initiate improvements based on NPS survey feedback
- Plan and coordinate company participation in industry conferences
- Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities for events
