- Commercial experience in Marketing, preferably in Point of Care or Medical Device/Diagnostic business with understanding of Clinical Biology or Laboratory Medicine
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, planning multichannel campaigns, metrics, analytics, and trends identification
- Outstanding strategic planning and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing commercial plans
- Thoughtfulness and sense of urgency
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Approachable and credible communication style, exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Drive innovative product launches in new markets
- Establish new standard of care patient pathways
- Develop messaging and positioning with validated value proposition
- Raise awareness through national and local conference attendance
- Organize dinner programs at local society events
- Coordinate launch event roadshows
- Support clinical workflow with adoption tools
- Partner with UK consultants for patient pathway improvement
- Build advocacy with scientific societies
- Support commercial evaluations and evidence generation white papers
- Conduct training and user groups with early adopters
- Develop marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market data and competitive activity for marketing planning
- Create promotional tools for the commercial team
- Provide promotional and scientific literature, sales aids, and support materials
