In this role, you will engage in diverse marketing activities, including designing digital campaigns and analyzing lead performance. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating social media content and supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in enhancing the online presence.

Anforderungen

• •Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• •Solid understanding of marketing activities and strategy building
• •Comfort in high-paced environments with tight deadlines
• •Successfully completed a university degree
• •Minimum of 3-4 years of professional marketing experience
• •Strong management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• •Metrics-driven marketing mindset with creativity and attention to detail
• •Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM (Salesforce), GA4, Search Console, and CMS tools
• •Proficiency in MS Office products
• •English language skills with textual confidence, proficiency in German desirable
• •First experience in Higher Education advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Support the conception and design of marketing activities
• •Implement and monitor digital marketing initiatives
• •Create regular reports on lead generation and quality
• •Assist in performance improvement analysis
• •Coordinate social media content for various target groups
• •Update the UE website with new information
• •Demonstrate knowledge in SEO, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing
• •Plan and set up training courses for sales initiatives
• •Create analysis reports on the higher education sector
• •Compile presentations based on available data
