- •Experience improving invoicing and reporting workflows
- •Experience with incident or ticketing systems

- •Manage end-to-end market access and readiness
- •Handle exchange collateral and trading limits
- •Execute daily balancing group operations and schedules
- •Monitor and resolve market deviations and imbalances
- •Participate in a monthly on-call rotation
- •Coordinate incident triage with software development teams
- •Oversee data validation, invoicing, and reporting workflows
- •Ensure compliance with REMIT and regulatory obligations
- •Perform cross-functional root cause analyses
- •Automate manual processes and create operational playbooks
