- Manage and develop insurance operations for existing programs
- Structure and optimize operational processes throughout the partner and customer lifecycle
- Ensure high-quality communication, documentation, and operational implementation
- Coordinate work streams between business, tech operations, product, insurance, and claims teams
- Collaborate on launch preparations, operational coordination, and stakeholder management
- Prepare analyses, reports, decision-making documents, and management summaries
- Support commercial inquiries, proposal documents, and partner communication
- Work closely with key account management, product development, underwriting, risk management, operations, and technology
- Ensure cohesive product and insurance partner management in launch and run phases
