In this role, you will be at the forefront of producing recombinant products, managing daily operations, and supporting new production line projects. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance, promoting excellence, and contributing to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Anforderungen

• •Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
• •Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, food, or chemistry
• •English or German language skills
• •1-3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environment
• •First experience in pharmaceutical industry
• •Willingness to learn
• •Can-do attitude

Aufgaben

• •Operate automated production equipment for recombinant products
• •Support project teams in designing and validating new production lines
• •Manage daily operations and scheduling in manufacturing suites
• •Execute manufacturing activities in USP or DSP
• •Maintain Work Instructions and SOP in your area
• •Promote Manufacturing Excellence for smooth operations
• •Define robust process parameters during manufacturing campaigns
• •Participate in New Product Introduction activities
• •Ensure training and compliance records are up to date
• •Commit to Thermo Fisher Scientific values and ethical standards
• •Take accountability for performance and productivity
• •Adhere to EHSS legal requirements and policies
• •Contribute to EHSS initiatives and report near misses
