Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
- International QM certification for Quality Manager
- Strong knowledge of quality basics (7Q tools, 8D reports)
- Strong knowledge of QMS principles, ISO 9001, GMP
- Proficiency in technical documentation and quality tools (SPC, MSA, Technical Drawings)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities and stress management
- Advanced MS Office skills; CAQ systems and ERP (SAP) knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in local language and English (C1 for Quality Manager, B2 for Manufacturing Quality Supervisor)
- Minimum 5+ years in quality field, 2+ years managerial
- Proven track record in manufacturing quality assurance
Aufgaben
- Ensure compliance with legal, customer, and internal quality standards
- Oversee product manufacturing processes to ensure end-product quality
- Manage and coordinate incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Develop and control adherence to company and industry standards
- Lead and supervise quality assurance technicians and inspectors
- Communicate quality expectations and train team members
- Address and resolve supplier and spare parts quality issues
- Manage process implementation and optimization for efficiency
- Coordinate and verify corrective and preventive actions
- Resolve quality-related customer concerns, including issuing 8D reports and CAPAs
- Drive continuous improvement projects for customer satisfaction and product reliability
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Plan and manage quality-related budgets and investments
- Promote a quality culture within the organization
- Represent the company in quality-related negotiations and customer satisfaction assessments
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other policies
- Implement root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies for CAPA tickets
- Block, unblock, and sort purchased materials
- Decide on disposal of unsuitable products
- Manage disciplinary and methodological aspects of subordinate employees
- Communicate on behalf of the company with internal and external stakeholders
- Approve relevant quality documentation according to internal rules
