Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Electronics, or Mechatronics
• •At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• •Understanding of the functional principle of complex electro-opto-mechanical assemblies
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Engaged personality with technical understanding and positive attitude
• •Strong teamwork skills
• •International travel up to 20%, occasionally more
• •Fluent in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Calibrate complex metrology systems
• •Act as the main contact for manufacturing and service support
• •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using systematic methods
• •Develop and present solutions for technical problems to management and service teams
• •Provide on-site support for escalations requiring in-depth product knowledge
• •Initiate and implement continuous improvement measures to reduce lead times
• •Enhance quality through optimized processes
• •Participate in design reviews and support prototype assembly and testing
• •Ensure manufacturability and reliability of designs
• •Create and maintain process instructions according to product specifications
• •Collaborate with quality and purchasing departments to resolve component issues
• •Improve supplier quality and reduce costs
