- Initiate and implement continuous improvement measures to reduce lead times
- Enhance quality through optimized processes
- Participate in design reviews and support prototype assembly and testing
- Ensure manufacturability and reliability of designs
- Create and maintain process instructions according to product specifications
- Collaborate with quality and purchasing departments to resolve component issues
- Improve supplier quality and reduce costs
