- Lead and develop the local leadership team
- Sponsor major transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements
- Interface with Group management, works councils, and customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term site sustainability
