- Manage end-to-end technical onboarding of new partners
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for partners
- Guide partners through integration requirements
- Ensure smooth and efficient system integration
- Maintain data integrity and ensure timely go-lives
- Support existing partners with technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement of technical infrastructure
- Manage technical onboarding process for new sellers
- Communicate with external sellers and partners
- Evaluate and ensure product data quality
- Provide feedback and manage testing cycles
- Reduce onboarding time by streamlining processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth integration
- Guarantee data exchange between sellers, service providers, and platform
- Provide technical support to existing sellers
- Manage and resolve technical incidents
- Develop independent solutions for technical issues
- Identify and evaluate new technologies
- Improve platform quality and onboarding times
- Collaborate closely within the team
- Support team members to achieve shared goals
