- Lead Key Account Management and Operations teams
- Coach and develop team members
- Promote individual strengths for a motivated environment
- Take full revenue and strategic responsibility for marketplace partners
- Act as business owner for partner topics and projects
- Renegotiate terms and optimize processes
- Monitor and analyze performance KPIs
- Derive measures to increase revenue and performance
- Serve as link between Key Account, Operations, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure efficient implementation of retail media activities
- Support complex requests from Key Account and Base partners
- Handle internal and external escalations
- Maintain high-quality partner communication
- Implement campaigns effectively
