In this role, you will enhance the quality of offshore suppliers while driving the growth of the Full Service Production Management division. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts, all while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Anforderungen

• •University degree, comparable qualification, or several years of relevant professional experience
• •Several years of experience in production planning, controlling, procurement, or supplier relations
• •Experience with national and international service providers, ideally in media or publishing
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German
• •Strong analytical, organizational, and structured working skills
• •High interpersonal competence and ability to build and maintain stable supplier relationships
• •Passion and willingness to learn

Aufgaben

• •Improve and maintain quality at offshore suppliers for Full Service Production Management
• •Support scaling of the FSPM process through coordination and operational tasks
• •Perform supply chain risk assessments and process audits for outsourced services
• •Conduct benchmarking and cost analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities
• •Evaluate, consolidate, and select suppliers for Full Service Production Management
• •Coordinate supplier onboarding and offboarding
• •Travel abroad to work at supplier locations for extended periods
• •Establish a structured feedback process
• •Prepare, adapt, and negotiate contracts, including SLAs
