Anforderungen

• •Degree in Management or Economics or minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• •3 to 5 years previous experience in managing a branch business
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Proven experience in managing and motivating teams of up to 5 people
• •Strong communication and influencing skills
• •Good networking skills
• •Strong interpersonal skills
• •Well-developed business and financial analysis skills with strong customer and business awareness

Aufgaben

• •Ensure effective management of the Shopping Centre
• •Maximize property value and return on investment
• •Manage the budget for common expenses
• •Implement strategies to reduce total operating costs
• •Prepare and execute the Annual Marketing Plan and Budget
• •Manage service agreements for safety, security, cleaning, and maintenance
• •Support the preparation of the Service Charge Balance
• •Analyze shopkeepers' sales trends for potential new shops
• •Manage rental agreements for common spaces
• •Coordinate and supervise sales auditing teams
• •Ensure compliance with environmental legal requirements and safety standards
