- Experience managing Professional Services/Consulting teams, preferably in enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record leading complex transformational customer programs
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, leading project manager teams

- Proven leadership interacting with senior/executive customers

Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a team of 5-10 Celonis Consultants
- Drive successful deployments of Celonis and AI technologies
- Manage services sales cycles and project scoping
- Create service proposals for DACH Automotive customers
- Ensure strong customer engagement during Celonis implementations
- Build and support a high-performance team
- Develop career paths for team members
- Manage attrition, productivity, and resource allocation
- Motivate and train the consulting team
- Manage a portfolio of diverse project types
- Build relationships with largest automotive customers in DACH
- Ensure timely and high-quality technology deployments
- Communicate with stakeholders in largest customers
- Handle escalations and challenging situations
- Forecast and monitor resource capacity and utilization
- Position and sell the right services
- Collaborate with Sales and Value Engineering
- Support ACV land and expand motions
- Maximize services revenue and ensure utilization targets
- Provide weekly revenue forecast updates
- Drive a value-focused mindset within the team
- Ensure project governance for rapid improvements and ROI
- Promote user adoption of Celonis technology
- Incorporate comprehensive adoption plans into projects
- Foster a culture of technical curiosity and AI adoption
- Collaborate with internal specialists for thought leadership
- Guide customers through new AI-driven product frontiers
- Ensure consultants are enabled for latest AI capabilities
