- Functional expertise in data & digital, strategic marketing, supply chain management, R&D innovation, or transformation
- Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas
- Exposure to different hierarchical levels
- Plus: More extensive leadership experience
- Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges
- Passion for developing skills in Data & AI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creativity
- Analytical strength
- Strategic thinking
- Proactive and self-motivated work approach
- Passion for working in teams
- Proficiency in English
- Preferably proficiency in German
- Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area

- Support projects from design to implementation

- Lead challenging consulting projects
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues
