Anforderungen

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Preferred project or process management certification
• Professional experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive or industrial
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end procurement processes
• Experience in process analysis and optimization
• Strong analytical and data orientation
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and urgency
• Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives
• Very good negotiation and presentation skills
• Confident command of English and German

• Ensure compliance with Global Business Process Templates
• Support regional and global process harmonization
• Interface between Procurement, IT, and transformation teams
• Deliver sustainable and automated process solutions
• Review and audit process designs and performance
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Report project status and risks to leadership
• Escalate process deviations and challenges
• Provide subject matter expertise on procurement processes
• Evaluate external best practices and feasibility
• Contribute to governance gate reviews
• Manage process-related change requests
