Anforderungen
- •Degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics, communication sciences, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of experience in loyalty programmes, CRM, lifecycle and digital marketing, and project management in B2C or B2B environments
- •Familiarity with campaign management, segmentation, personalisation, communication via digital channels, data analysis, and KPI tracking
- •Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban, design thinking, user-centred product development, and UX/UI basics
- •Strong communication skills
- •Strategic thinking and conceptual strength
- •Coordination of cross-functional teams, customer orientation, and analytical thinking skills
- •German at a business fluent level and English fluently
