Aufgaben
- Ensure food safety and quality standards across distribution network
- Lead professionalization of compliance within hubs
- Support HelloFresh Delivery Network operations
- Improve, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, HelloFresh Standards, and BRCGS certification
- Embed effective processes and training
- Mitigate FSQA risks
- Ensure audit readiness
- Act as FSQA expert for logistics in DACH and UK
- Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and due diligence
- Take ownership of logistics FSQA performance
- Set up governance for FSQA performance
- Build trackers for FSQA performance
- Drive KPI reporting for FSQA performance
- Lead crisis and incident management
- Support crisis and incident management
- Coordinate investigations related to traceability, temperature control, and cold chain management
- Coordinate resolutions related to traceability, temperature control, and cold chain management
- Coordinate projects related to traceability, temperature control, and cold chain management
- Establish and maintain a QMS aligned with BRCGS Storage & Distribution standards
- Support certifications and recertifications in DACH and UK
- Develop and implement SOPs
- Develop and implement HACCP systems
- Develop and implement audit programs
- Train hub teams to ensure lasting compliance
- Validate cold chain processes
- Verify cold chain processes
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Reduce the risk of non-conformance
- Collaborate with Operations teams to embed standards
- Collaborate with Fleet teams to embed standards
- Collaborate with DC FSQA teams to embed standards
- Ensure full traceability
- Foster a strong food safety culture
