- 5–8 years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, or group reporting
- Experience in high-growth technology or investment-driven environments
- Expert level knowledge of IFRS
- Expert knowledge of IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IAS 38
- Strong PPA expertise
- Strong understanding of group consolidation processes
- Understanding of PPA
- Practical experience with IFRS transitions
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Strong sense of quality and responsibility
- Understanding of complex group and subsidiary structures
- Understanding of international coordination
- Fluent English
- German language skills
- Additional European languages
- Tax advisor certification
- Auditor certification
Aufgaben
- Implement IFRS at group level and subsidiaries
- Select and implement new consolidation software
- Onboard new subsidiaries into group consolidation
- Collaborate with holding's finance team and external advisors
- Align with listed parent company's reporting requirements
- Integrate and standardize reporting structures
- Execute IFRS conversions and post-merger accounting
- Support M&A processes from accounting and consolidation perspectives
