- Several years of professional experience in group accounting, auditing, or related consulting role
- Experience in leadership
- Familiarity with group accounting, consolidation (LucaNet), and ERP systems (SAP)
- Profound knowledge of group accounting according to IFRS and German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Highly structured and independent work style
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Strong communication skills
Aufgaben
- Consolidate the Group for various reporting occasions
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Coordinate information preparation for consolidated financial statements
- Support international subsidiaries with reporting requirements
- Contribute to monthly internal management reports for the Executive Board
- Develop consolidation processes and controls
- Implement consolidation software (LucaNet)
- Serve as contact for auditors and subsidiaries on audit and consolidation issues
- Review income statements and balance sheets of subsidiaries
- Ensure correct application of accounting standards
- Support implementation of new IFRS standards
- Conduct training courses for LucaNet consolidation software
