Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree or comparable in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
  • Excellent financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and forecasting skills
  • Strong process-oriented thinking
  • System affinity with strong functional and business know-how
  • Ability to understand the "big picture"
  • Knowledge of internal and external accounting
  • Good understanding of relevant accounting concepts and rules
  • Communicative team player
  • Good critical judgement
  • Ability to present complex matters clearly
  • Process-, customer-, and business partner-oriented mind-set
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • German language skills are an additional asset

Aufgaben

  • Understand legal entities in Germany and their relationships
  • Guide business partners in Finance, Controlling, and Taxation
  • Report and analyze full income statement from Net Sales to Operating Income
  • Monitor financial risks and opportunities
  • Provide clear information to Finance Organization and Management Team
  • Support decision-making with forward-looking insights
  • Develop and implement Controlling concepts
  • Participate in or lead Finance and Controlling projects
  • Strive for innovation in financial planning and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Ausbildung
