- 8+ years event communications, brand experience, or PR experience
- Proven track record leading complex event projects across Europe
- Strong experience working with agencies, production partners, and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of brand experience in physical spaces
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English
- Additional European languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of communication events
- Translate communication strategy into live and digital experiences
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and flawless execution
- Promote public image for individuals, groups, or organizations
- Write or select material for communications media
- Deliver communication events on European level
- Develop and approve event concepts, timelines, and budgets
- Develop execution plans for events
- Translate strategy into compelling event formats and narratives
- Manage the full event lifecycle
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and production partners
- Act as central interface between departments and partners
- Lead press conference execution at trade shows
- Integrate booth concepts and vehicle presentations
- Manage on-site production for events
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with operational standards
- Support stakeholder engagement through tailored events
- Develop event roadmap
- Improve event formats and processes
