- Own the committed reforecast for the assigned category
- Balance short-term market inputs with long-term strategic ambitions
- Synthesize market inputs, regional trends, and digital insights
- Develop a robust 0–24 month unconstrained demand signal
- Lead monthly cross-functional Demand Consensus Forums
- Translate market intelligence into a unified commercial plan
- Manage and secure final volume and financial commitment in Jedox
- Optimize product size/color ratios and curves
- Ensure seamless connection across all planning horizons
- Document performance deltas, trade-offs, and risk factors
- Enhance forecast accuracy and minimize forecast bias
- Ensure strict demand-to-budget alignment
- Manage category inventory risk
- Optimize stock turns to prevent overstock or shortages
- Support the S&OP process
- Identify opportunities for planning process improvement
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Spot automation opportunities and build to scale
