Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related commercial field
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with proven track record
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers
- Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles
- Experience selling into law firms or curiosity and drive to learn quickly
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, structured, and outcome-driven
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English
- High trust, high urgency, and passion for AI in the legal industry
- Legal background (law degree or law firm experience)
- Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms
Aufgaben
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature
- Build and manage relationships with law firm partners and legal leaders
- Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities
- Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design tailored demos and AI workflows
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' pain points and legal processes
- Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases
- Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and improve forecasting
- Utilize customer-focused sales methodologies to advance complex deals
- Deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate Libra's ROI
- Share market insights and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
- Contribute to and refine the enterprise sales playbook
