Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years quality assurance experience
- Knowledge of EN/AS9100 or ISO 9001
- Understanding of manufacturing and inspection techniques
- Experience with nonconformance and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in quality tools and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Desirable experience with Power BI
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Desirable experience with welding
Aufgaben
- Define and execute inspection control activities
- Manage incoming and key stage inspections
- Perform final inspections before customer release
- Support detection and containment of nonconformances
- Assist in Material Review Board activities
- Verify rework and repair implementation
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Provide daily quality support to MAIT teams
- Review and approve MAIT procedures
- Enforce compliance with space quality standards
- Qualify special processes like welding and NDT
- Train staff on quality best practices
- Coordinate equipment calibration
- Lead quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with design and supply chain teams
- Analyze quality data and generate trend reports
