In this freelance role, you will lead transformation initiatives focused on Asset Integrity Management, guiding clients through assessments, improvements, and training to enhance operational reliability and performance.

Anforderungen

• •Engineering degree (mechanical preferred)
• •Master’s degree advantageous
• •Eligibility for professional engineering registration required; current registration preferred
• •Knowledge of RAGAGEP (ASME, API, NACE, etc.)
• •At least 15 years of working experience
• •Experience in developing procedures for system requirements and audit protocols
• •Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude
• •Problem-solving and flexibility
• •Effective leadership skills
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Fluency in written and spoken English and German

Aufgaben

• •Lead specific workstreams in transformation programs
• •Identify and implement effective Asset Integrity Management solutions
• •Provide subject matter expertise to project teams
• •Establish and implement robust Asset Integrity Management programs
• •Assess and improve asset integrity management practices
• •Structure and sequence client engagements
• •Oversee checks and analyses to enhance asset reliability
• •Guide client teams through project stages
• •Support development of Work Management practices
• •Identify and implement risk reduction initiatives
• •Create and update technical documentation
• •Advise on health-monitoring systems and analysis
• •Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders
• •Proactively identify issues and risks in delivery activities
• •Assist in proposal development and client presentations
• •Participate in industry networks to share best practices
• •Coach junior colleagues for their development
