- Proven mathematical knowledge and understanding of machine learning and statistics
- Effective contribution within a team environment
- Experience building deep learning models in PyTorch, training and evaluating multilingual or multimodal LLMs, optimizing distributed training on GPUs, clear communication skills, and a record of publishing in top-tier conferences
Aufgaben
- Build and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for machine translation
- Enhance and maintain large-scale training and inference pipelines
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions
- Conduct technical presentations to ensure engineering quality
- Collaborate with the team to develop tools for machine translation services
- Integrate ML services with product and operations teams
- Work on data acquisition, cleanup, and related tooling
