Anforderungen

  • •At least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
  • •Stress resistance and reliability in fast-paced environments
  • •Strong communication skills and open, proactive working style
  • •High accuracy in handling numbers, data, and systems
  • •Native-level German proficiency and excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • •Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • •Experience in order processing, logistics, transportation coordination
  • •Experience with documentation management or production follow-up processes
  • •Hands-on, energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible personality
  • •Team-oriented mindset with a balanced, solution-driven approach

  • •Lead and coordinate logistics activities in the CSE region
  • •Develop and coach the logistics team for high performance
  • •Record sales orders in the ERP system
  • •Manage transportation operations for timely and compliant deliveries
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation for sales orders
  • •Monitor production and delivery stages, updating stakeholders on timelines
  • •Complete the order cycle, including invoicing and claims handling
  • •Collaborate with sales, service, finance, and supply chain teams
  • •Contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement in logistics
