Anforderungen
- •Degree or many years of experience in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or comparable field
- •Experience in the agricultural sector or agricultural market
- •In-depth knowledge of logistics services, customer and sales support
- •Initial management experience
- •Very good stakeholder management
- •Confident use of SAP, Salesforce, and common IT programs
- •High IT affinity
- •Very good German and English skills
- •Class B driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 5–10% internationally)

- •Lead and develop the scheduling and customer service team
- •Coordinate closely with sales, production, and international logistics
- •Ensure on-time deliveries and optimal stock levels
- •Optimize and digitize the logistics and supply chain system
- •Define and implement logistics goals, guidelines, and processes
- •Coordinate between IT, logistics, and sales for process integration
- •Manage all after-sales processes, including invoicing
- •Support strategic customer issues directly
- •Manage orders in Salesforce and SAP
- •Promote synergies between different cultures and systems
- •Maintain and optimize customer data in Salesforce
- •Oversee an efficient customer hotline
- •Manage professional and solution-oriented complaint handling
