Aufgaben
- Conduct development discussions and set objectives
- Plan personnel resources and manage disciplinary tasks
- Coach and develop the Cyber Security Consulting Team
- Recruit new talents and develop individual career paths
- Manage skills development and promote continuous learning
- Report directly to the Head of the Cybersecurity Delivery Center
- Participate in cyber security customer projects as project manager or customer service manager
- Assume functional and project-related tasks within projects
- Prepare documentation and present work results
- Support pre-sales, sales, and marketing activities
- Contribute to proposal preparation and quality assurance
