Anforderungen
- •Experience
- •Solid background in heavy maintenance, manufacturing, or cargo conversion
- •Extensive global travel throughout the year
- •EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence Cat B1 and two current Airbus Type Ratings
- •Technical apprenticeship in the aviation sector
- •Several years of certifying experience in a supervisory role
- •Experience in leading diverse and international teams
- •Strong knowledge of structural aircraft repair and maintenance
- •Experience with IT tools such as SAP, Workday, AirNavX, and Google Workspace
- •English at a negotiation level
- •Proven experience in managing and leading teams
- •Thriving in an international environment with different cultures
- •Strong communication skills and ability to motivate colleagues
- •Confidence and decisiveness
- •Strong customer focus
- •Composed demeanor in stressful situations

- •Oversee complex aircraft repair projects from planning to release
- •Coordinate and empower the on-site Working Party Team
- •Lead the Airbus working party team at customer facilities worldwide
- •Manage team competencies and allocate work during inspections
- •Certify aircraft repair tasks and issue Certificates of Release to Service
- •Ensure aircraft airworthiness and compliance with Airbus 145 procedures
- •Serve as the focal point for customer communication on-site
- •Support the development of special working party tools and Service Bulletins
- •Provide advisory support to airlines and MROs in troubleshooting and repair
