- Contract and commercial law experience
- Knowledge in R&D, Labour Law, and Data Privacy (plus)
- Business- and solution-driven approach
- Accurate, high-quality legal advice
- Sound judgment in developing legal solutions
- Responsiveness and high degree of responsibility
- Willingness to think “out of the box”
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in cross-functional environment
- Ability to work in cross-cultural environment
- Adaptability to changing and challenging environment
- Well-developed oral communication skills in German
- Well-developed written communication skills in German
- Well-developed oral communication skills in English
- Well-developed written communication skills in English
- French language skills (advantage)
- Italian language skills (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Provide comprehensive legal support to Business Units and central Functions
- Handle contract and commercial law matters
- Focus on public procurement law
- Address R&D legal issues
- Manage labor law
- Ensure data privacy compliance
- Manage and execute all types of contracts
- Oversee potential disputes
- Handle day-to-day business operations
- Offer targeted legal advice for strategic goals
- Safeguard company reputation and interests
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
- Communicate cross-functionally with legal counsels
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, SCM, Research, and Management
- Provide training on legal and contractual topics
- Develop and implement function-related standards and policies
- Advise on resolving pre-litigation claims and disputes
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters
- Select, engage, and manage outside counsel
- Collaborate with local legal counsels

Ausbildung
