  • •Master's degree in Law (MLaw, lic.iur.) and admission to the bar
  • •Several years of professional experience
  • •Knowledge of data privacy law
  • •Knowledge of intellectual property law
  • •Knowledge of new technologies
  • •Strong analytical and negotiating skills
  • •Ability to find creative and innovative solutions

  • •Provide legal advice to the Pharma Division
  • •Support Research and Early Development initiatives
  • •Assist in Product Development legal matters
  • •Advise on data privacy issues
  • •Draft and negotiate contracts
  • •Participate in negotiations primarily in Switzerland
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary and international teams
  • •Work with colleagues from Research, Development, Patent, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance
  • •Coordinate with legal colleagues across the Roche Group
