- Ensure compliance with government regulations and mandates
- Draft and negotiate complex research and commercial contracts
- Support evaluation and due diligence for business development and M&A
- Advise on legal issues for third-party relationships
- Collaborate on the review of promotional materials and medical resources
- Provide proactive legal counsel on potential risks
- Lead brand strategy and claims management across markets
- Drive innovation and contribute to new strategies for product launches
- Promote collaboration and information exchange across legal functions
- Attract and develop top legal talent within the team
