- Maintain the learning catalog using the Learning Management System.
- Manage the registration and participation process for learning activities.
- Ensure data quality for accurate reporting.
- Follow up on the evaluation process of learning activities.
- Manage all internal and vendor invoicing.
- Handle Learning & Development inquiries.
- Communicate with all Academy participants.
- Support the creation of e-learnings.
