Anforderungen
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields
- Internship or work experience in industrial environment, managing process engineering, CI, production management or related fields
- Advanced MS Office knowledge including Excel expertise, strong Power BI skills
- Some knowledge of programming tools like Python, SQL
- Understanding of lean management tools and principles (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma etc)
- Understanding of project management tools, project management experience or certificate as advantage
- MS Office advanced knowledge including Excel expertise, Power BI skills
- Fluency in English, German or Italian required
- Ability to produce results and proactivity
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Collaboration skills and ability to work in a multinational team
- First international study or work experience as an asset
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
- Permanent work and residence permit allowing to work across entire EU
Aufgaben
- Work closely with Regional Operations Director and Plant Operations Managers
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams
- Support Lean Management and digitalization initiatives
- Analyze and calculate business benefits of improvement projects
- Develop lean production layout for optimized material flow and workspace utilization
- Identify savings opportunities in production flow, logistics, and operational processes
- Support plant leaders in CI projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Contribute to innovation engineering through automation and digital transformation
- Build Python or BI tools for automated reporting and data handling
- Integrate and transfer data from ERP systems to Power BI
- Analyze industrial KPIs, production performance metrics, and logistics data
- Collaborate with teams to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
