Anforderungen

• •M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or relevant technical discipline
• •Profound knowledge of modern CMOS process integration and key techniques
• •Experience in FDSOI
• •Knowledge in Test Chip Design, T/O, Design Rules, Technology-Design Interactions
• •Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis techniques
• •Ability to work in high-performance cross-functional teams and independently
• •Excellent English skills (at least C1); proficiency in German preferred
• •Strong interpersonal skills
