- Join the AFC Technology organisation in Berlin
- Co-lead the UI Platform team
- Provide hands-on technical leadership
- Design and implement a scalable Angular-based UI platform
- Develop a reusable component library
- Ensure platform performance, accessibility, security, and usability
- Maintain long-term platform maintainability
- Partner with product teams for platform adoption
- Gather and incorporate feedback from product teams
- Ensure compliance with bank standards and security requirements
- Follow SDLC best practices
