- Strong understanding of frontend engineering at scale (React, TypeScript, testing frameworks, performance optimization)
- Advanced knowledge of backend engineering (Java concurrency, multithreading, networking, JVM tuning, performance profiling)
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, observability (logging, metrics, tracing)
- Ability to review, challenge, and improve designs/codebases
Aufgaben
- Lead modernization and cloud migration of trading platforms
- Enforce architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices
- Migrate backend services to the cloud
- Drive design and development of React web interfaces
- Integrate web interfaces with backend trading services
- Ensure compliance with international regulations
- Support audits, security assessments, and penetration tests
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, and engineers
- Mentor and guide other engineers
