- Create data products using modern cloud-native tools and practices
- Establish data quality, governance, testing, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Enable trusted analytics and machine learning outcomes
- Mentor engineers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Lead resolution of complex technical challenges and production incidents
- Foster collaboration and shared ownership in cross-functional initiatives
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development
