- Ability to innovate and drive change
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers in the Industrial sector
- Lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements and transformation initiatives
- Advise on IT strategy, operating models, governance, and transformation roadmaps
- Enhance client satisfaction and retention by driving measurable value
- Identify and develop new consulting opportunities with existing and new clients
- Drive pipeline development, proposal scoping, and fee negotiations
- Achieve signings, revenue, and margin targets to support business growth
- Lead and inspire high-performing consulting teams
- Collaborate with peers to shape the strategy and growth of the Enterprise Transformation practice
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and commercial focus
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing feedback for performance reviews
