- Proven experience in process mapping and improvement
- 5+ years administering SharePoint (2016/2019/Online)
- SharePoint site collections, page design, permissions, troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Visio
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Proficiency in workflow tools (Power Automate, SharePoint Designer)
- Experience in KM or process reengineering in military HQ/joint command
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to brief senior leaders
- Work in collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative user research methods
- Proficiency in conducting structured user interviews
- Developing interview guides
- Applying techniques for uncovering user motivations and behaviors
- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or business analysis certifications
- Experience with Agile development environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Confluence/JIRA, or similar KM platforms
- Knowledge of Joint Operational Planning and staff processes
- Familiarity with user research best practices
- Experience translating interview findings into actionable insights
- Experience creating knowledge management systems that support product decision-making
