Anforderungen

  • •Commercial training or comparable qualification
  • •Professional experience in international customer service or project management
  • •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
  • •Confident use of MS-Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (SAP)
  • •High service orientation, enjoyment of working in an international environment, strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit

  • •Act as a substitute for customer service representatives as needed
  • •Take on special tasks assigned by the team leader
