Key Account Manager – Strategic Growth & Innovation (DACH)(m/w/x)
Strategic customer relationship development for advanced enabling technologies in industrial growth markets. Large account management experience in technical/industrial settings, plus German/English fluency required. Up to 50% travel across DACH region.

- Experience managing large accounts in a technical or industrial environment
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the DACH region
Aufgaben
- Own and grow strategic customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Identify and engage new key accounts in the region
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage complex deal structures
- Collaborate with Technical Sales, Inside Sales, and Area Sales Managers to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and service development
- Track and report on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts
- Represent FLIR at key customer meetings, events, and exhibitions
- Champion the full offering: Products, Solutions, Services, and Training
