Key Account Manager – Strategic Growth & Innovation (DACH)(m/w/x)

As a Key Account Manager for FLIR Systems, you will focus on building and nurturing strategic relationships with key customers in the DACH region, while also having the opportunity to expand your influence across Europe. Anforderungen
- •Passion for building long-term customer relationships
- •Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- •Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- •Experience managing large accounts in a technical or industrial environment
- •Ability to travel up to 50% across the DACH region

ca. 1 - 4 Jahre
Aufgaben
- •Own and grow strategic customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- •Identify and engage new key accounts in the region
- •Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- •Lead commercial negotiations and manage complex deal structures
- •Collaborate with Technical Sales, Inside Sales, and Area Sales Managers to deliver integrated solutions
- •Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- •Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and service development
- •Track and report on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts
- •Represent FLIR at key customer meetings, events, and exhibitions
- •Champion the full offering: Products, Solutions, Services, and Training
