- Lead evidence-based clinical discussions using approved data
- Track territory performance and competitive activities via CRM
- Execute omnichannel engagement including virtual meetings
- Share market insights to shape brand strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and referral networks
- Build cross-functional relationships to drive treatment adoption
- Maintain strict compliance with all industry regulations
- Develop therapeutic knowledge through self-directed learning
