- Map complex organizational structures and activate new Business Units
- Run structured internal prospection to identify new teams and departments
- Prepare and lead high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews
- Maintain relationships with Economic Buyers and C-level stakeholders
- Drive expansion into new geographies and departments
- Grow scope within active teams to maximize revenue
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline and forecast accuracy using MEDDIC
- Ensure impeccable CRM hygiene
- Align AMs, ClientOps, Product, and Customer Admin to remove blockers
- Provide critical field insights for RFPs and case studies
