- Maintain Shop Floor Systems (SFS)
- Support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Administer virtual and physical servers
- Maintain LAN/WAN equipment
- Support desktop computers and laptops
- Manage communication and collaboration systems
- Utilize Service Management tools
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
- Adhere to IT security best practices
